Salesforce connectivity

At this time, Staircase cannot read from or write data to Salesforce due to Salesforce’s ongoing investigation and associated connection restrictions. All other Staircase services are operating normally, including AI pipelines, notifications, and internal workflows. There is no indication of any breach or compromise to Staircase infrastructure. The Staircase platform runs on a completely isolated Infrastructure , separate from other Gainsight products.
